When we were approached to review a beanbag I thought to myself, oh no not another bean bag in the house. You see, we've gone through a number of them. The Bucky household beanbag lifecycle typically starts with the kids who will love the beanbag to death over a few months. After that, just like marriage, the love gradually diminishes and the beanbag gets used every second day (or is that every second month), before long it's squashed in the corner and forgotten about, only to see the light of day when someone is bored or when all the other seats are taken.
One of the best aspects about publishing our rants, whinges and sooks online at TackleNappy is that we get the opportunity to interact with other like-minded people and organisations that operate within our area of interest. Chubba and I have been lucky enough to work a little with Bambino Box (Kristina recently donated her time to be a fabulous guest judge for our Dad of the Year competition).
Our adventure started when my sister and eldest niece knocked on our door early Saturday morning. Kids A & B and I joined them and headed to Hi-Sense Arena, eagerly anticipating the afternoons entertainment.
It's been a busy week with the arrival of our third daughter just a couple of days ago. With the bulk of the attention directed towards Kid C, a special treat was in order for seven year old Kid A and three year old Kid B. We headed to Wonderland Fun Park to watch Circus Spectacular.
Today I had the pleasure of taking Kid X and Wife A to Elmo’s World Tour at a local theatre. The main thing about this review is I have edited it after hearing Kid X talking about the show the next day. Kid X really enjoyed the show and seemed to follow the story line and yes that counts for something.
